Our one-year limited warranty policy covers your light projector in case it stops working due to a defect or malfunction. If your projector is still within the warranty period and you experience a problem, you can return it for a replacement. We require an order number to verify warranty. If approved, you will receive two separate emails, one containing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, and another with a FedEx return shipping label. Simply print these documents and include them in your return package. After we receive your returned item, we will proceed to send out a new light projector within 7 business days. An email confirmation with tracking information for your replacement will be sent to you once it ships.
