To connect your evolve light to the app when using a network that requires a MAC address (such as a university network), you'll need to use a workaround. Try setting up a mobile hotspot on a different device. Use the hotspot's ID and password in the BlissHome app to connect your light.

Once connected, you can find the MAC address by tapping on the pencil icon and clicking into Device Information.
